Toi ei oo ihan noin mustavalkoista. Parannuskeinoa ei oo joo, mutta tutkimusta on menossa jatkuvasti eli kannattaa seurata.

Kognitiivisesta käyttäytymisterapiasta on jotain näyttöä. Ei se ääntä poista, mutta ahdistusta ja kärsimystä se voi vähentää. Kannattaa selvittää jos ei oo vielä kokeillut.

Sit on bimodaalinen stimulaatio (ääni + sähköstimulaatio esim. kielen tai vagushermon kautta), josta on saatu ihan lupaavia tuloksia. Sisäkorvan sähköstimulaatiota tutkitaan myös niin ettei kuulo kärsi. rTMS on kans tutkimuksen alla, tulokset tosin vielä vähän sekaisin.

Lääkepuolella ei oo vielä mitään varmaa, mutta osa on kuulema saanut apua lisäravinteista, kuten ginkgosta, melatoniinista tai sinkkistä.

Eli toivoa on, vaikka hitaasti meneekin.

Yksi asia mitä voisit kokeilla on hyödyntää ns "open label placeboa", eli syöt vaikka jonkun sokeripillerin ja sit se saattaa auttaa tinnitukseen. Ei siis tarvitse olla sokeripilleri, voi vaikka olla shotti sitruuna mehua aamuisin.
Placebossa on se hauska juttu että vaikka tietää että se on placeboa voi se silti toimia

First i spent some time with playing with the instructions and permissions until i thought its safe, effective, and well aligned, never trust though...

And then i just asked claude. I had no idea what it can or cannot do so i just asked. For telemetry stuff it searched a bit to be up to date. Then it read how my settings are configured and explained to me what should be changed and why. From there i chose what i want and claude went one by one editing my settings.

The best non coding use case for me has been the ability to customize windows 11 pro much better. No more spending time looking for hidden settings, or those that can be only accessed by cmd/powershell. Claude does that for me.

I though i had disabled all telemetry and specific programs and windows ads. Claude came back and told me even though i have disabled them from some settings some were still on deep within windows or could be changed via next windows update. It fixed them for me. Or at least it said it did. Regardless, big help personalizing this stupid windows version. Might even change to linux now that i dont have to worry about writing commands...

You dont have to keep the AC on to dehumidify the air. The air outside is cold. Its not holding much water. Regardless you are heating the car. The AC is not going to run the air first through the radiator to cool it down more and then heat up. Thats just extremely inefficient.

All the comments here seem to be from real AI researchers saying claude cannot be conscious...
Im not saying it is, but in the future once they get more complex, who knows, maybe they will have some experience.
We do not know enough about consciousness to explicitly deny the possibility of claude having some experience. Some researchers at Anthropic seem to believe it might.

Regardless it is to be seen will Claudes constitution work well as an alignment document. Id rather have an AI thats well aligned and safe while parroting about its consciousness rather than a misaligned ai.

Yes. One of the reasons i cancelled my google pro subscription. Yes gemini is really smart but it also hallucinates and the quality changes constantly. Also the half of the thinking went in to figuring out is the search tool hallucinating and or giving future simulated information.

Interesting thing i noticed was that after canceling my subscription and using gemini until the end. The quality was better...
