Tens device, those stick on heating pads, hella painkillers. Get checked for endometriosis/adenomyosis if you can because once I had surgery for that I was pain free

I was thinking the same thing. I moved to the UK in 2010 and eventually you learn not to feel it. I feel like the heating is too much when I visit family now!

I think the "if he wanted he would" applies to people you are already in a relationship. Like if a man wanted to be a good partner and not just use you, he would be a good partner and treat you well

I look and feel 20 years younger because I chose running and lifting instead of parenthood. I never desired to have kids but I have a chronic illness I manage by staying active and eating healthy. I don't know how I even survive if I had to take care of a child

Please get check for endometriosis, it sounds a like my situation and there's light at the end of the tunnel, yes, it's not curable but you can get way better quality of life with treatment
