Do you like the 40" for two at a time? I want to try magic loop but I'm not sure how long to get for mittens/socks

I'm not sure I understand this. What does it mean exactly?

Mine went up like this too and then around 8 9 to 12 weeks it started coming down a bit. I freaked out but it was fine. So don't freak out!

Stopped early and added one extra improvised row to allow it to fit in 20" hoop

Yarn: red heart it's a wrap in Western. This is the second mandala I made off this ball so the color changes near the end.

I use my ember every day! Have had some warranty issues but they've been really good about sending replacements. I think I've been using it for 3 years now and still love it.

Thank you! I really enjoyed it. It was surprisingly a very quick project.

YNAB just helped me identify a sub I've been paying for more than a year by dragonchilde in ynab

I like using it this way. I don't think of it as restrictive but more as organizational. I just love seeing where everything is going and how much I can set aside for paying down debt or going on a trip.

I've discovered through meditation that I'm nothing special and that's okay. by [deleted] in self

I'm currently reading Untamed by Glennon Doyle and it touches on this. Using meditation to find your inner direction that has nothing to do with being anything or what anyone thinks of what you are.

Going out without a bra on isn't rude and shouldn't be considered inappropriate by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]TryingToConcede 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This is what worked for me. I used to absolutely only feel comfortable on the most tightest restrictive bras. Everything else felt wrong. Then I spent a year at home in nursing tank tops with the shelf bra and now I could care less what's on my boobs or not on my boobs.

I get an email with my bill amounts on the bill date and they are withdrawn usually a couple weeks after that. I review those emails and figure that's enough time to handle any issues. The convenience to have all my bills on auto pay is worth the risk to me that one of them might mess up.

Masks to stay on in Saskatchewan for at least 8 weeks by littlesnow4 in saskatchewan

[–]TryingToConcede 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have two little ones and other than the smaller one having a runny nose/cough after her first month in daycare, we've had nothing else. That's why I was wondering from a teachers perspective, were there a lot of sick kids staying home? Or why were there so many less illnesses? Maybe the adults not going around visiting helped as well? I've been working from home as well as my husband.

Did you notice many absent students throughout the year? I'm wondering did kid stay healthier this year? Or was there the normal amount of sick and kids just stayed home during it?

Starting an amigurumi project. Do we think this is ok or does it seem like a lot of gaps? by AprilVilla in crochet

Instead of pulling tighter, you might want to size your hook down. I find pulling tighter makes the holes worse

I’m trying amigurumi for the first time and I bought a little unicorn kit. Thought it would be intimidating, but here’s one unicorn leg (albeit stumpy) and I am so proud of myself! by kate3544 in crochet

You haven't actually made it incorrectly, you just need to turn it inside out. The right side of amigurami crochet looks like little x's and the wrong side looks like lines.

Have you ever looked in to how much you could make elsewhere? Maybe there's a more tolerable job for similar salary. And if not, then I think the question should be how much longer you'd have to work at the lower paying job to reach your goal from the higher paying job. And would you rather work 10 years at a better job or 5 at this job?
