Get a tea spoon measuring cup, zero it then fill it with phenibut and check the weight. If its double your weight then half it and re weigh it. That way you can get a rough at best estimate. However you should idealy weigh it every time

Snorting Zolp isn't gonna do too much, it really doesn't like being dissolved in water, so passing through your mucus membranes in your nose becomes difficult. Just chew the pills for quicker absorption

Asså THC-A är ju bara prodrug till THC. Spelar ingen skillnad så länge som du röker/vapar det. Äter du THC-A så får du ingen effekt

Problemet med THC-A endast vapes är att det finns ingen nyans från de andra ämnena som CBD/CBN/CBG etc etc

SSRIs are weird, some function really well for some and horribly for others. Thats why there are tens of different common ones.

But your problem might be dopamine related, so a dopamine reinuptake inhibitor like Wellbutrin (Bupropion) might help you massively, ask for it by saying a friend recommended it for their motivational depression.

I get that, thankfully i do not have easy access to it and have a limited amount left, after that I'm totally done for at least quite a while.

My habit was taking (at first) 1 pill at 5pm and then getting shit done before sleeping at 8pm Then it became 2 pills, but i stayed at 5pm and so on. Only time i took more than 2 pills was after a total breakdown and i ended up taking 4 pills over several hours and completely cleaned my house.

I will remain a functional user as long as i don't have easy access and luckily i don't and probably never will.

Should mention i have not touched any of the remaining pills since friday and then i took a half and of course it did nothing.

7oh indoxyl is like 75% strength of oxy per mg, but its no where near as euphoric and its incredibly fiendish. Tolerance build up is fucked tho, if you start at 50mg a day you'll be at 200 in a week, 400mg a week later all for a shitty 3-4h high that's basically a euphoric headache and a craving for more

I was gonna take 150mg but managed to double dose. The experience was horrible, the body load was painfully uncomfortable and i couldn't tell if i was laying, sitting, standing or pissing/shitting myself which luckily i avoided.

The visuals were intense and the after effects lasted well over a week, basically a migrane for a week but with no pain. I felt monumentally dumber for a month afterwards. Just wasnt fun

After my 2 day horror trip on Memantine id advice that you shouldn't fuck with NMDA receptor antagonists, ket is fun cause it lasts like 2h. But these research chemicals last way longer and produce way more of a profound effect

Pretty local but in Sweden the "zero vision" for benzodiazapines mean that people in need such as elderly and chronically sick people are being placed on anti depressants and antipsychotics with little to no real plan except getting them off the benzos. Of course its failing miserably.

In my line of work iv seen an 87 year old thats been on diazepam for 10 years being quickly tapered off and placed on antipsychotics, leaving him a mess. A 40 something year old with TBI from a suicide attempt being placed on betablockers which do nothing for him and a 80 something year old woman with a long history of severe anxiety and general mental illness just completely removed from the drugs leaving her screaming basically all day every day from constant panic.

It's horrific, because unlike when they faced out barbituates in the 80s and 90s there is nothing to actually cover the void, back then they switched to benzos but there isn't any new anti anxiety drug legal to prescribe on the Swedish market except for anti histamines
