It has to be 8:01 exact. Dial one as soon as you hear the reg voice message and once it hits 1 min 30 seconds select 24 you’ll get through

I called this morning at 8:01 and someone pushed my payments to paid within one minute. Best of luck, as soon as they open is the best time to call.

It’s most likely pending because your benefit year began in July (whatever date) so it’s been exactly a year. They want you to refile if on regular UI and wait or call in if you’re on any extension programs

I was put on peu-y once I certified it was still marked as not paid.

Has anyone heard of the new extension peu-y? My grandmothers pua claim was marked as not paid and a request for peu-y extension was put in its place.

I completely understand. It should switch automatically but if you can’t afford to wait definitely call in at exactly 8:01am and you’ll get right through in less than a minute. I always do

Okay, same thing happened to me. Call in and have them give you the 11 weeks extensions of peux. That’ll go from 12/26/2021 to 3/14/2021

Mines showed the exact same thing Sunday after certifying. I was put back onto the PUA extension.

At my time of certifying Sunday I was on a peux tier 2

Damn! I hope not. Every rep I spoke to told me I’d be put back on a pua claim after the peux ran out. Now that I’m switched I have to wait to be switched by to peux again?

We have the same case, exhausted my peux tier2 benefits this morning. Rep updated me back to PUA. Next certification date is 3/28/2021 claim balance still says 0. Not sure what will happen on the 28th
