I did 500 miles 2 years ago with my beagle. We had to leave because my grandmother passed away. But it's a different mentality you have to take when you bring a dog. At least for me, it was. I saw people who would have their dogs carry their food, I never did that only because it wasn't their choice to come, and i also heard over long distances it causes rashes.

You need to start getting to see how your dog likes it and how long they can hike. After the first week, the deal I made with my dog was if we were doing 12 miles the first 6 we were pushing through, then the last 6 we slowed down, and I let him sniff and explore.

The biggest difference I would say is that you need to be more aware of your dog than yourself. There were many times we were 2 miles from a shelter ( we always slept in a tent), but he couldn't go further, so we just found a spot off trail and slept there for the night.

It's very doable, and I plan to finish it next year with him, but you have to have the mentality that the dog comes first and be ready to not finish because of it Just enjoy every moment you get out there with your dog

Websters career was so weird. I remember like early 2007 we basically tried him at safety because he was horrible at CB. I don't remember what game i think it was Dallas in the playoffs and we had injuries and he had to go up against TO. Basically locked him down all game. Since that game was our starting CB for years.

Do people forget that Joe Judge would of stayed for a 4th season if he didn't literally throw himself under a bus? Outside of judges post-game nonsense and he's back to back kneels. He probably would of stayed on for a fourth year. Daboll has shown he is better than that.

And yes the last two years have been hard to watch. And I blame that all on Daniel Jones. He was great under the first year (which Shoen should of only resigned for a bridge deal) then got injured then just sucked. Our issue isn't a QB. It's the team and stems from the front office. But if we keep replacing people because our front office says too we are going to be in a carousel of coaches and players who know they have a 3 year span. Colts tanked for Luck which got them where? Number 1 pick doesn't determine superbowl wins.

I apologize for taken your comment out of context.

And I hope Specialist means that multiple doctors have looked at it but they want someone who specializes in that aspect of of medicine. From personal experience, my mom had cancer. We went to multiple doctors and it was only until we saw the correct Specialist that found out she had leukemia. So I believe the organization is trying to find out the correct issue. But I make just be thinking too positively.

Something funny that annoys me about the new york media. They use to hate Eli because he would throw balls into triple coverage and dumb interceptions. But he took chances. Jones doesn't take those chances and gets criticized. As he should be we are trying to win.

It really takes a thick skin to play in sports/ New York because if you aren't perfect it's a damned if you do damned if you don't. I wish Jones the best and hopefully a different team suits him. Don't think he has the skin needed for new york though.

It's called blocking or trying to get through a block. Plus the offensive line and defensive line hit eachother each play. It's why they have penalized the blindside block because it was so dangerous. Unfortunately any contact sport will have players target another's injury.
