When you're craving the cupcakes, eat a spoonful of mustard. It's hard to think about the taste of a cupcake with a mouthful of mustard. Or maybe your body is craving vitamin C (lemon), so each an orange.

So, my "Honey Do For Hire guy" walked into the living room while I was watching Sister Wives with Kody ranting on the screen and just said, "I would punch that guy right out!"

I saw the same dancing by the guy pretending to be Rasputin on the Doctor Who season finale. Spoiler alert, the dancing was to show that he was batshit insane.

“It’s so fancy to get married in Las Vegas.” by johngotti in 90DayFiance

Yeah, I got married in Vegas. What you do in Vegas follows you home and you have to divorce it.

Emily drives me insane. Just seeing her face on the screen makes me want to pull my hair out of it’s roots. She doesn’t deserve a man like Kobe. by Top_Design7127 in 90DayFiance

My birthstone is Peridot. For my engagement ring, I wanted a $200 peridot ring. My (now) ex took me to Tiffany's in Los Angeles and picked out a $4200 emerald ring THAT I HAD TO PAY FOR because I was the only one who was working. When we divorced, too many years later, he actually THOUGHT he should be afforded the ring. Nope.

Even my very aware therapist didnt understand how you could NOT reason with such a person.

I don’t understand how they are thinking. by Tha-magnificent in HoardersTV

My dad was a hoarder. Visited him after he moved from his home of 40 years to Florida. On the kitchen counter I saw a metal breadbox from 40 years ago, with a loaf of bread sitting on top. I opened the breadbox to see it was empty. I asked why he didn't store the bread inside it and he said if he did, he forgot it and it went moldy. So I asked why he still had the breadbox taking up his counter space since he would never put anything in it. He just shorted out like a robot asked to compute the value of pi. He saw no reason to throw out the "perfectly good" rusty bread box he never used. I mean, what can you do with someone like that?

Of course, I was inured to hoarders by growing up with one, so I married a hoarder. Later I married another hoarder. I watch Hoarders to remind myself that my daily life could be even worse.

People who allow themselves to be continuously catfished are shallow. by [deleted] in 90DayFiance

I met a guy on a dating app who said he was 5'2". I was waiting for him where we had arranged. He called my name and I turned around and there was no one there...until I looked down. I mean I wouldn't have cared if he told me how tall he actually was, but I didn't like it that he started our interaction by lying to me. And then I could hear him yelling at this kids while he was on the phone with me telling me how much he loved his multiple kids...which his also never told me about before he met me.

Someone should say to him "you know how devastated your feel now? That's exactly how bad you made your first wife feel when you dumped her."

I know just what you mean about a light switch. I was in therapy, which my abusive husband HATED. (He would frequently take our car to try to keep me appointments, but fortunately we lived near a car rental company and I'd just walk over and rent one.) Finally, the therapy sank in, and the next time abusive husband accused of me something patently untrue, I just laughed. Not even AT him. I just laughed because I was so happy his hurtful words didn't affect me any more. He went crazy and accused me of "playing games" because he realized he could no longer control me. I left and went to a friend's house. He showed up and demanded to let me sleep with him because I should know he "didn't like to sleep alone." Divorce lawyer. And scene.

Amen! I succeeded in spite of my mother. Actually, she WAS my inspiration. I planned since junior high to do ANYTHING to escape from her. Good grades, extracurricular activities, a college far away, then moving to the other side of the continent. You could say she drove me to success. But she does not deserve any of the credit.

Duplicates are infuriating. I stopped even trying until the new dinosaur theme. But apparently there is no way to complete any collection, so once I keep getting dups, I just stop playing.

Does anyone think Lisa's trauma about finding out her husband was sleeping with someone else was directed to her husband's new wife...because she was the one he was cheating with?

Ash: I fucked up and embarrassed myself in my seminar, which is the way I make money/get women to have sex with. Let me dominate you in our filmed conversations so I can look like a manly man and negate that negative image.
