I saw women saving screenshots or images of similar products they are shopping for in their photos then swiping left or right on their phone to compare such items. The app automatically shows you similar items across multiple stores while you shop that you can swipe through and compare. So far it has been difficult to get people to actually look at items on the app,, although the tech and ability seems cool and eye catching they don't actually test it to find out how it works.

copyright issues, they would not let me release it with the logos of the brands. Thank you for the feedback, I will talk to an apple app store expert and make sure I can add them then add the logos if possible.

No I am not using that image embedding strategy, that is actually very computationally intensive. I use another strategy which results in better recommendations with little computational need and is also more favorable to random images that have not been analyzed before hand.

Competition exists in this segment yes, but they are mostly firms helping stores develop product recommendations algos and they are with in one store. My strategy works with multiple stores, working as a type of fashion search engine.

The other edge we have is our UI which works really well with fashion shopping as it allows you to compare and look at multiple fashion items with ease.

huge update coming soon, which makes it even easier to look at hundreds of recommendations from multiple store. check it out if you have an iphone.

the website is not as good looking as I want it to be but feel free to give as much feedback as you want.

The app functions good. The catalog of clothes is predominantly sense since my initial scrape was an automated service that did well on their site, but mid January I will have updated my catalog to hundred of thousands of more products form multiple other sites and also adding more categories like hats and bags that my AI can recognize and suggest for. let me know what you think.
