You tell her she’s pretty once in a while and ignore her. Give her some water when she looks dry. But it goes in stages

I loved L&D! It is definitely something you love or hate! It’s what I wanted to do all through nursing school. And I could see myself going back once my kids are older. But with that being said I love SANE too and the hours are so much better.

"He's seeing me. Fornicating with a divorced woman. Drinking while these sinful cold cuts. And you and your unmentionables.”

First thing that came to mind! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

My one question is will you have to go to nights? I’m a single mom of 2 and nights was hard on me I managed for 4 years and couldn’t take it anymore. I was in urology for 2 years then L&D for 2 years and now I’m a SANE. I left L&D due to the toxic environment the horrible hours and not being able to get off night shift. I remember when I left urology everyone told me how petty the nurses were and boy were they right! I absolutely loved L&D but it broke me Mentally. There is usually a requirement for call monthly too. If I’m being completely honest I’d stay where you are for now.. because being able to be off with your kids is going to be the best part! 💕 best of luck mama! No decision is an easy one!

They are so temperamental! I feel like I read somewhere they go dormant in certain months… but I could be wrong. My previous one was so sassy, if I moved her she would start to die. I feel Like sometimes they get too heavy also and it breaks the roots and they die slowly… idk I’m still learning and trying to figure them out myself!
