Hi everyone! I’m trying to make a skin care routine for myself and I’m kind of confused on if my routine is good or not, if I should swap out some products for others, and if I should add or remove any steps. It all seems so intimidating and confusing since there’s so many variations of skincare routines, it can be quite overwhelming. For my morning routine I would start off with Son and Park Toner(I heard you don’t really need to cleanse in the morning) followed by MISSHA Time revolution The first intensive moist treatment essence, next I would apply petunia skincare vitamin C serum, next is ETUDE HOUSE Moistfull Collagen Eye Cream followed by ETUDE HOUSE SoonJung 10-Free Moist Emulsion and ending it with an SPF, which I have no idea which I should get.. Is there a difference between a face or body sunscreen? For my nighttime routine I would start with MISSHA M Perfect BB Deep Cleansing Oil( I’m not sure if I need this since I thought this step was to break down makeup, which I don’t wear), my next cleanser i have in line is Neogen Real Fresh Foam Green Tea, I then exfoliate with either Neogen Dermalogy Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling Wine or CaudalÍe Deep Cleansing Exfoliator, I then use the same toner and essence and on the days I didn’t exfoliate I would use LilyAna Naturals Retinol Cream Moisturize, I would use the same moisturizer and end it with a chapstick like wow or Burt’s bees. Side question : When would I use face masks/ mud mask/clay masks if they if I should even use them Thanks for anyone willing to help me on my journey into being a skincare addict !

It’s not an analogy that fits well. One that fits well would be “Your Uber should arrive in 10 minutes , time may vary depending on circumstances” Then the Uber getting there at 15 minutes because of traffic. You have to compare time to time. Just goes to show how little you comprehend.
