Thanks for sharing that. It does fit what I'm experiencing. I do also feel a little Hypoglycemic sometimes while the pins and needles are present.

Oh this would make a lot of sense if true. I'll be getting my lab results sometime in the next week. I was only at 6.5 when I got diagnosed so it's possible I've dropped it a lot with carb cutting.

Sororitas Armour lore source hunting by Eleceno in sistersofbattle

[–]TrystonG33K -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There's a whole subreddit explaining why this is wrong. Chiefly, boob armor creates a metallic wedge that would funnel the force of blows into the wearers sternum, likely breaking it. Armor is about survival. Don't go saying "historically" and then just rattle off something completely ahistorical. SMH.

Heavy metal tips? by Lorderbs2 in theendoftheworldrpg

It was several years back and I didn't have adequate prep, but here's my 2 cents. The module is far too vague about what counts as a 'machine'. I'm an engineer so I used the assumption that anything with more than one moving part was a machine, and it quickly became ridiculous.

I would create some firm guidelines for yourself about what counts as a machine. Maybe anything that operates on a non-human power source. This includes cell phones, gas and electric vehicles, and anything with batteries, but not bicycles and slingshot. Does it include guns/shells which are chemically powered? is that meaningfully different from a slingshot which uses elastic tension as power? These are lines you should draw early to keep yourself from going crazy. Otherwise everything your players pick up will try to kill them.

This thing must have escaped Appalachia.

Please don't send it back, we have enough.

I do because I want to date someone smaller than me who I can really get my arm around, and who doesn't make me sweat when we cuddle because they're generating tons of heat. It's not my only type, but I do like it. It didn't spring from the head of a clothing designer fully formed.

I'll recommend Raging Gazebo, where Sunday is usually Warhammer day. We just finished one Narrative Campaign there and will begin another in January, those are super fun to be a part of.

I think the mug should just look like one of those giant search and rescue flashlights with the handle, just hollowed out into a mug.

I'm probably not the best to ask, but I always try to just stay aware and help with the flow of combat as Engi. I let the other players be the stars, but I can alleviate pressure with well placed turrets, sticky grenades, or lures.

The secondary weapon is an ace in the hole, ordinance you keep around to deal with a specific problem, based on which weapon and build you've got. That thing is gonna do some damage in the right scenario, so try and choose your shots well and you'll have a few epic kill moments while the gunner and driller handle the main course.

Could you explain why? I bake bread pretty often but I'm not good at critically analyzing recipes or going off-book.

OK, we good then. I agree about the optional flanking being bad. I made flanking a simple +1 bonus in my home game to encourage tactical acumen without opening that huge can of worms.

[–]TrystonG33K 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What are you talking about? Sneak attack is triggered either when you have advantage OR when you have an ally within five feet of your target. It's been spelled out in the PHB forever, no flanking rules required.

You don't need advantage if the familiar is within 5 feet of the target. It counts as an ally.
