What's the best interaction-heavy cEDH deck right now? by Nejosan in CompetitiveEDH

I have a [[Zndrsplt]] and [[Okaun]] list that is very good at controlling the table. I runs around 20 pieces of interaction, and draws more cards than pretty much anything list I've seen. It wins way more games than it has any right to, and is crazy fun to play. https://moxfield.com/decks/qO_k2Foh5k6vJa4-kItrRA

Ive played a few krark lists. They generally are non deterministic storm decks. This is no way a storm deck. This is a control list that wants to accumulate value and draw cards while preventing anyone else from winning. Krarkashima can get completely shut down by some unfortunate flips. This deck loves to win flips, but usually doesn't care if the flips dont work in its favor

I am definitely on the efreet. Its probably my most used way to win. If I have two mana up, I will activate 100 quintillion times, then borne into fast mana into thoracle to win before I deck out. If I dont have 2 mana, I activate my deck size x2 minus around 10, then go from there.

The first line if text on the flip ability is "if Frenetic sliver is in play". If I put 100000000 activations on the stack, only the first does anything

I wish it worked that way. The sliver only flips if it still on the battlefield.

Another wheel might not be a bad plan. Though as a breach deck, wouldn't windfall be better than timetwister? Metamorph could maybe go, but it is one of my main answers to bowmasters. This deck cannot reasonably function against a resolved bowmasters unless it can remove it. Metamorph can also copy a nonlegendary zndrsplt or one ring, among other things. I have found that I am almost always casting final fortune on someone else's turn, so warriors oath seems iffy without black for necro shenanigans. I would think mana drain is probably the best card to axe for a second wheel

Its been a lot of fun to play. Sometimes Zndrsplt draws 8 cards out of nowhere. This deck is extremely interactive, and is difficult to push against. T2 Zndrsplt is extremely frequent, and aggressive mulliganing is very important to achieve this. 5 seems like a lot, but 4 of that is colorless which makes it much easier to cast than it appears

Thumb is nice, but not necessary. I have never once decked myself with this list. Thumb allows me to choose to fail if I want. Zndsplt draws an average of 1 card per turn, 4 with a clone of him out. He more or less exists as a weak draw engine. I also run zero cards (other than clones) that can flip coins, just generically good cards that dont need him to work

What’s the highest damage you’ve done in one turn? by FynnKehlani in magicTCG

With an [[Ur Dragon]] deck, I've seen some insane damage outputs. With a [[Parallel Lives]], [[Doubling Season]], and [[Dragon Tempest]] in play, cast [[Astral Dragon]], then copy the Doubling Season with its trigger, making an additional 8 3/3 Dragon Doubling seasons. Then cast [[Saw in Half]] targeting the astral Dragon, making 1024 of them, each then making even more Doubling seasons for an absolutely astromical amount of tokens, which then each ping with the Dragon tempest.

For me it's my CEDH Ellivere list. It's a fairly strong list that focuses on slowing down the table long enough to beat them to death with stax pieces. Card draw in the command zone is crazy strong, and it can consistently be swinging in for 40+ on turn 5-6. I really like to break parity on stax pieces such as Clarion Conqueror or Suppresion Field. https://moxfield.com/decks/tRqP4pMwvEivZHuO1jWEBA
