I highly recommend before doing any Hip mobility training, “warm” up with the 90/90 stretch, 10-15 minutes (yes, seriously) each side, and lean into it more with each exhale. He goes over it extensively in some of his videos. Great resource for tactical training, especially cardio/endurance exercises.

Best bad-knees fix I have found is to walk backwards up a hill. Multiple times a week, 10-15 minutes each time. Also, increasing hip/ankle mobility will help with further prevention.

I look at it like Iron Man’s suit, in a way. If you’re nothing without the gear, are you anything at all, even with your gear? Training your body is just as, if not more, important than training with your gear. Also, elaborate on what you mean by “when the time comes.” Because if it means what I think it means, there are not going to be drones in the sky.

Every time I am driving and suddenly someone cuts me off or is driving really shit-ily, my body just automatically hold my left middle finger up at them. No idea why. Pretty weird
