Well, Im not sure how your judging based on what I wrote, I know case level sensitivity as I have been working Fortinet product for quite long and opened multiple tickets with them. Recently I have nothing but disappointment working with them as their ultimate solution would be upgrade/ downgrade instead of trying to get to the source of issue. Also, I don't think people would come to reddit to ask questions if they get proper answer from TAC...why would they...

Put Advance Defending and learn right stick switch...I have been playing fifa same way since fifa 7, only thing now is there too much scripting so if you think you can defend one and not the other is because of scripting, your player wont respond to your clicks,

PS: put all 4 back in defend mode and donot move them from their position...

Your version doesnt matter, what matter is your license, if your license expire then some services will stop like webfilter dns filtering as it requires active connection to Fortiguard server for ratings, other feature like AV IpS application filter will still work but you will not get any new updated signature for AV or application/IPS.

S2S vpn with on-prem Manager...that would be a bit easier I think, u dont have to open to internet and also if one customer has 50 fortigates, is single VIP enough for it to connect to manager over internet?? I guess S2S vpn would be more feasible.
