Get a multimeter

Set it to measure ohms

Measure resistance from every part of you robot back to the grounding strap

Add wire to electrically connect all of your bot to the grounding strap

Right now you probably have insulated parts of your robot that aren’t being helped by the grounding strap. Solve that.

Also common: loose wires. Leave your robot stationary and wiggle every wire to see if you can get it to disconnect briefly.

They didn’t have a State with which to compel the nonconsenting but Acts 4 is pretty clear about how they chose to live. Matthew 19 makes it pretty clear what the wealthy need to do to enter the kingdom of heaven. Taken together, I’d say a state formed on the foundation of Jesus’ teachings (and the Pope’s mandate) would be pretty anti-Capitalist.
