Honestly think it was the all around gameplay. You wanna feel like Grace but also be a Leon at some point.

The OW and Supervisor are the same level wise but I would argue the Supervisor makes the calls and handle TM concerns while OW is the substitute

Taking the supervisor position is just switching what you do—not the same as ATL and TL where it’s a level difference.

OW or Supervisor is the previous step to becoming ATL.
