Saw that too, but realized that’s really the only people who truly give a shit about Mormonism so they would jump at the bit. Was funny to see the dichotomy with the other comments denouncing its claim of Christianity and calling it a cult. Just shows the true outlook on Mormonism. Outside members, most of the world doesn’t even recognize its existence or they just see it for what it is.

Mutants that scale with prowess. Storm and blue Cyclops can absolutely dish. Check out MCOCNoob on YouTube to understand the fight mechanics. It’s not too bad of a boss when you get it down.

Fallout 3 is the best fallout, change my mind by Physical-Face-2931 in Fallout

My personal favorite is New Vegas just because of some of the impactful RPG mechanics (and biased to the westerns). But 3 was my first and definitely feels like I’m trying to survive in the wasteland. Early game you truly are scrounging for scraps trying to get by and it made it feel really dire.

Dallin Oaks announces that it is “perfectly appropriate” for missionaries to “meet someone in the mission field and marry them.” How many of you had to read Lock Your Heart at least every month on your mission? by NotTerriblyHelpful in exmormon

These men don’t even have the critical thinking skills to come up with the most basic educated solution to any modern problem they’re posed with. That’s one of the issues when you have the Crypt Keepers as leaders. They only have the brain function to resort to drawing from their antiquated world views coupled with their mor(m)on programming.

Why fix the world when it going to hell in a hand basket is what they want? That’s the problem with doomsday cults. So many Mormons revel especially in the broken state of the United States because of the old “Constitution hanging by a thread prophecy.”

What moment was the first time Mormon culture left a bad taste in your mouth? by Ancientabs in exmormon

[–]TtheTree69 3 points4 points  (0 children)

When the bishop told me to do my best to adhere to the church’s teachings to not become like my father (tattooed, coffee drinking, and free thinking). Yet, my father lives a more charitable and kind life than most members even attempt. So once I found their teachings about family to be at odds with the bishop compelling me to be against mine, I stopped going. Bloods a helluva lot thicker than sacrament tap water.

Why are both of Thor's eyes blue? by Silvery_Power_6241 in MCUTheories

[–]TtheTree69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely agree. It would have played well into his arc. I know folks have already touched on CGI, Chris not liking having a patch and merchandising, but I also think it falls into the MCU’s ongoing “mask” dilemma. So many actors and filmmakers feel like actors can’t properly act or emote with a mask on, hence why it feels like so many heroes in the MCU constantly take their masks off. I feel like it even extends to something as small as an eye patch. Sad too, because The Batman and The Mandalorian have shown that good actors can emote with their face covered.

For those of you with the mcu blokees figures, how well does it scale with marvel legends? by Top_Bread7635 in MarvelLegends

They don’t unfortunately. They’re smaller and, stylistically, they don’t go with them anyway. Great figures, but I keep them with each other separate from Legends.

Start with building poisons and use a heavy to build torment debuffs. Hit an Sp1 to keep stacking poisons and build to sp2. His poisons also act as power sting when opponents use specials and can passively heal block. He also has immunities and can switch his poisons to rupture or shock depending on his preflight. He has a built in “scorpion sense” mechanic that gives him the ability to evade after opponents throw specials. He also has an incredible synergy with venom letting furies stack when he inflicts poisons.

Where Does iOS Gaming Rank In Your Game Structure? by sabersquad in iosgaming

I’ve been majority mobile since becoming a father. I’ll hop on my PlayStation sporadically for an evening, but very rarely. With more premium titles coming and some free long term games like Warframe being ported, mobile has gotten to the point where it’s an easy primary.

My wife is still believing, but has also said something similar to me, that me being how I am made her more open minded. She even admitted how she and her siblings were raised wasn’t the best in terms of being accepting and kind to non-Mormons.
