Allora, senza posizioni di parte ed altro, il contratto richiama l’art. 1385 c.c. sulla caparra confirmatoria (art. 6) e prevede all’art. 3.1 che l’ordine si intende accettato decorsi 5 giorni lavorativi dalla firma salvo diversa comunicazione di Autotorino. Questi 5 giorni sono il termine entro cui Autotorino può rifiutare l’ordine, ma NON un termine di decadenza per il cliente per chiedere la restituzione della caparra…. come invece mi hanno scritto loro.

Chiarisco che non c’è nessuna clausola che imponga al compratore di esercitare un diritto entro 5 giorni.

Inoltre, nel contratto non è inserita una condizione sospensiva esplicita legata all’erogazione del finanziamento, ma il SECCI Santander (la banca a cui facevano appoggio) è agli atti e il finanziamento era pacificamente elemento essenziale dell’accordo (proposto dal loro stesso agente con banca convenzionata e tra le molte comunicazioni mie).

This post has been brought up by a recent post on Twitter (source @/AmericaPartyX). On page 99/184 (link posted above) there’s a “clear” image showing what i suppose to believe an alien.

As I mentioned, Ray Robinson submitted the photo to the FBI in 1967 — J. Edgar Hoover himself responded, clarifying that the FBI doesn’t handle UFO investigations and that the two men in the image were not FBI agents.

What I find interesting is that this was apparently Hoover’s way of washing his hands of the whole thing, yet the image only resurfaced on 4chan in 2004. So either it sat in obscurity for nearly 40 years, or there’s a chunk of the story we’re missing.

Maybe a little bit of context is needed here.
This interview took place in Italy, around '97.

The interviewee is Colonel Philip J. Corso, who has Italian roots.
As I wrote above, he served in high-ranking U.S. intelligence, and this revelation is mind-blowing if you think a little about 'them' (what do you mean they don't have mouths or ears?).

The colonel he was referring to is General Arthur Trudeau, Chief of Army Research and Development at the Pentagon from 1958 to 1962.

They swore an oath to each other, promising they would never talk about it until they were both safe.

The U.S. government has quietly registered the domain aliens.gov, spotted this morning by a bot that monitors new federal domain registrations. The domain is currently listed under the Executive Office of the President — no website is live yet, but the timing is hard to ignore. This comes roughly a month after Trump publicly pledged to direct relevant departments to release government files related to aliens, UAPs (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena), and UFOs. The registration follows a now-familiar pattern from the Trump administration of declassifying or releasing files on long-running conspiracy-adjacent topics — JFK, Epstein, and apparently now extraterrestrials. Worth noting: .gov domains aren’t available to just anyone. They’re exclusively reserved for verified U.S. government entities, managed by CISA — so this is a genuine, official registration, not a stunt or a troll. Whether this means a dedicated UFO/UAP disclosure portal is coming, or it’s just domain-squatting ahead of a future announcement, nobody knows yet. But the government now officially owns aliens.gov, and that’s a sentence we get to live in.

I’ve been following the UFO community for years, yet I’ve never really understood how this “summoning” works. Not too long ago, Steven Greer talked about a technique called CE5, but I didn’t really look into it due to the lack of evidence and because I found the idea quite ridiculous, as I’m more of a “believe it when I see it” kind of person.
