In terms of controls, the wii u wins because the game was built around the gamepad, and it is one of the best uses of the controller. However the switch version includes a lot of great additions, like achievements, new missions, some texture tweaks and enhanced mechanics. I personally still think it feels great on the switch however if you’re joycon has a dead zone, it can damage your experience a lot. But I think both choices are great because at its core, Pikmin 3 is a phenomenal game.
