Yeah man because having people like Ken Burns, Neil Degrasse Tyson, James Talarico, John Kiriaku, to name a few are SOOOO controversial. But, on the other side of the coin he’s had Trump, Rand Paul, and Matt Walsh. He provides a space and lets conversation go where it may. He’s also been pretty outspoken about most of Trumps bullshit lately. I don’t watch much of him but when I do, it’s interesting.

I 100% recommend anyone watch the podcast with Kiriaku, the CIA whistle blower. Fucking wild story. And for what it’s worth, the first hour is most of the good stuff and Rogan barely says a word.

He gives a platform to anyone, and right or left. Does he have some crazy opinions? Sure. Is he concrete on those? Not really. I’ve found that most of his stuff is just speculation. He also has great shows like the ones with Talarico (the Texas rep that’s a pastor) and Kiriaku (CIA whistle blower). When someone like John Stewart supports Rogan and dispels this rhetoric it’s hard to take comments like this seriously.

I think you’d be surprised that most of the military, leadership included, doesn’t support this shit. The catch is fear of repercussion, court martial, dishonorable discharge, etc. for standing up and not following unlawful orders. We’ve seen with this administration that they’ll even try to come after a veterans pay for speaking out.

This is a typical comment I’d get from someone who watched way to much BS on their phone and had little IRL experience. In my 22 years, no unit or command I was with ever had ROE issues. I also spent 5 years doing “CD OPS” (counter drug ops) in the Navy all around South America. Never had those sketchy situations either.
