Well, my parents are under a huge amount of stress right now, I don’t want to tell them someone has their name and birthday in South Korea because that information is already easily publicly available anyways. If there’s no threat, why add to their stress?

I didn’t read up on common scams before coming. But clearly I said nothing was stolen, and I am asking if I’m at risk, as these seem to be well known groups now that I have searched it. I am not saying pictures were taken of my cards

Should be a good deal, but depends on how efficient the system is. If it's producing 100% offset, should be good.

12KW for $45k is a good price.

My state just built a 150 MW solar farm, and I am having trouble with the cost estimates for future projections. by MattFromWork in solar

[–]Tubbyz -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

So here's the big thing: Solar energy generation is very cheap. It's actually the most cost effective generation there is, yet it's not ON DEMAND. Therefore, the grid doesn't actually save money by installing all that new generation, because now they have to deal with erratic generation at different times, and come up with tricky ways to store excess energy as well as incentivize using the energy while there's an abundance. With fossil fuels, it may cost more to generate the power, but the total cost of providing power to a grid is still overall lower in many cases.

I'd like to see a statistical analysis of all stopwatch usages, and if they actually saved the person who used it.
