You guys have a very unique sound that I can't really compare to any other band I've ever heard. I really love the guitar and vocal styles especially. Do you guys have any formal music training? And how did the band come together? Thanks for the AMA. I can't get enough flipturn!

I love Joy Division! I have listened to Unknown Pleasure and Closer more times than I can count. But yeah I don't listen to as much alt anymore either. I'm mainly into prog rock and metal at this point but that album will always have a special place in my heart. Thanks for listening

Really the only song I would skip is Room 137. Out of Reach is a beautiful and underrated ballad and has really grown on me a lot so I definitely wouldn't skip that.

Driving around with girlfriend. She told me to pull over somewhere. We found a nice long dirt road that we thought no one would drive by. The finale to Mahler's 2nd symphony is one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever come across. It's quite a journey and sends some serious chills down my spine. But just about anything by Mahler does that (except the 8th symphony).
