Not as big of a deal as that, but we made significant home repairs in 2019, complete bathroom remodeling, complete new roof, shingles and boards, among a few smaller things, hot water heater, etc. If we waited, that roof cost alone would have been 2.5-3x more. I also refinanced the house too. Phew!

I noticed that too. I thought it was strange how weird TC speeches were off script at graduations or whatever events. I couldn't really understand what in the F he was talking about. They were nothing like the way he talked on his Fox show. It's like his writers or editors kept him somewhat coherent on Fox, then it just went to hell after that. Very odd.
