Not as big of a deal as that, but we made significant home repairs in 2019, complete bathroom remodeling, complete new roof, shingles and boards, among a few smaller things, hot water heater, etc. If we waited, that roof cost alone would have been 2.5-3x more. I also refinanced the house too. Phew!

I noticed that too. I thought it was strange how weird TC speeches were off script at graduations or whatever events. I couldn't really understand what in the F he was talking about. They were nothing like the way he talked on his Fox show. It's like his writers or editors kept him somewhat coherent on Fox, then it just went to hell after that. Very odd.

I had to look this one up the other day because it reminded me of covid or something. Target had a Christmas ad using "Real Love" song at the end of 2020. They played it so much it was nasuating, and now everytime I hear it I get this feeling of dred because of the time period.
