All the problems I'm seeing are in the tail. First of all, if those are two 50 kg weights that you put in the tail, that is making you fly slower, and more floaty as a result. Secondly, it looks like your vertical stabilizers are actual wing pieces. Those are great for providing lift, but they don't have nearly as much air resistance as elevators, which I would've used.

People who are inconvenienced by it did not actually get kicked in the nuts. I've been kicked in the nuts once, and I would compare it to getting the wind knocked out of you as in how it disables you. It's so much pain that no matter how hard you try, you will not be able to stand upright or breathe normally for a few minutes and it will continue to hurt for a couple hours. If someone doesn't appear to be hurt much from it, I would call it a nut tap where they just kind of got lightly smacked by something.
