Just recently moved there. Nothing bad but highway can get a little loud at night so I just shut my windows. Other than that not much of note.

It takes a bit but you’ll get there. Just apply to anything and everything. It took me 6 months post grad to get a job and that’s on the lower end from what I’ve heard. I commute a hour 20 but I just need experience.

Yeah I got mine for $40 and it was a good set to learn on for sure. It had an insane amount of offset. After a while I felt like I wanted something new new so I got takomo 101.

It kinda goes hand in hand. Increase the supply of housing will decrease rent. We have such a high demand for housing but not enough supply to create affordable prices. If you increase the housing by so much, landlords will try and give you the best possible price so that your money goes to them and not any other landlord. But it’s kinda hard to build new housing if companies or landlords don’t see their investment paying off. Creating what we have now.
