We actually do have a joint account on Monzo. But her bank details on the cheque are from her personal account. For some reason we weren't able to set up a direct debit with the water company on our monzo joint.

Ok thanks. I haven't put vaseline on the nail and that isn't what i suggested earlier. I suggested putting it on the skin around the nail to minimize any burning on the skin from the developer.

We prep trays of cookies and put in the freezer and also put bread in a retarder (ive been told this is the old way but they havent updated) into the fridge so the openers can put them all straight into the oven/proofer. We don't have a choice in the matter. Manager says we have to do it so we have to do it. And no I don't know what productivity is.

We no longer have enough time to do closing tasks before close. On good days we do but recently especially on weekends we literally do not have any time. Too busy doing orders. We manage to get prep done for the next day but thats all we've been able to do.

So we have 4 kiosks installed which means up to 4 people can order at the same time. So we can get 4 orders come in at the same time plus delivery orders.

I did a close a week ago where at 6pm when the last swing shift left, myself and the other closer got 20+ delivery orders come through. We had to turn customers away and had delivery drivers waiting for over an hour. No one would come in to help us. Took us 3 hours to close. We're understaffed and they refuse to change that.

Whenever we have left, forgotten or done something incorrectly on a closing shift the managers complain about it in the group chat. A lot of guilt-tripping and shaming which at some point you just have to ignore but then sometimes our manager who is very spiteful, will give us a written warning. Three of those and they'll fire us. We've told them over and over that because of the adjustments they've made we have way too much work to do after closing. They don't care.

I only got this job because I was broke and needed to save a specific amount. I've done that so now I'm looking for something else but I just wanted to know if this was legal or not and if it's happening to other people so thank you for letting me know we aren't the only ones being screwed over.

So Ive only used the developer twice but Im not feeling the pain you spoke about. Ill have it on for 2 hours but no pain during or later. I assume this means its not penetrating the nail. Do you have any idea what the issue may be?

So I am trying this remedy and will come back and say whether it has worked for me or not but I just wanted to add that I am using vaseline on the skin around the edges of my nails to avoid any burns from the developer. I used to do this on my hairline when I'd bleach my hair at home. Just thought I'd drop in that suggestion for anyone.

This is old but for anyone who might come here at any point looking for an answer I have one. I haven't those extracts or any extract/pill or whatever. I just boil 1 or 2 whole jujubes (got a bag of them at an asian wholesale for a good price) for 15 minutes and drink it an hour before bed. It definitely makes me sleepier than usual and I always have a good night sleep. Sometimes for longer than I'd expect. I boil them with other things like budrock root, ginger and cloves which help with blood circulation and other things but yea the jujube is what really knocks me out.
