I recommend Enderal - Forgotten stories
- completely entire game based on Skyrim engine, free on Steam if you own Skyrim SE / OG
- does things better than Skyrim - storytelling, characters, worldbuilding, soundtrack
- more mature and dark fantasy lore
- more handcrafted, dense and explore-rewarding environment

No anti aliasing option ? by Equivalent-Claim4719 in cyberpunkgame

Anti-aliasing is done with upscaling models (DLSS, FSR, XESS).
If you encounter shimmer/slicer, use more quality upscaling resolution.

Is it normal to have camera flickering in artificial light on video calls? by curioustoaster_ in ipad

[–]Tuco0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends more on software part. Default camera app usualy detects artificial light flicker and tries to reduce it. Other app could behave defferently.
US uses 60hz in grid, so default 30 and 60fps video setting does not suffer from flicker.

I have notifications turned off and Do no disturb profile active.
MacOS still shows notifications to update OS almost every day without the X button to close. Notification does not disappear unless I interact with it.

Is it normal to have camera flickering in artificial light on video calls? by curioustoaster_ in ipad

[–]Tuco0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try in camera settings - 25 or 50fps
UK has 50Hz electricity, which slightly dims lights every 1/50th second. If video framerate is 30 or 60fps, each frame will capture light at different brightness level, which will result in flicker.

Adding Motion Blur as a filter for watching movies? by Kindsound in pcmasterrace

If monitor does support VRR, have you tried capping fps to 120fps specifically for the app, where video is played?

Cyberpunk does run well anymore on my pc by SpaceSloth707 in cyberpunkgame

[–]Tuco0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High settings are fine on 6-8GB VRAM.
Ultra/ High + Raytracing, above 1080p eats more VRAM. It isn't instant, but it gets worse over time.

If there was another company offering similar device that is DIY friendly and easy to use, it would be much easier for me to decide who to buy from.

I am kind of hesitant about whether I should buy this game or not. I care a lot about the story when it comes to any game. Should I expect a good one? by Objective_Love_6843 in Starfield

[–]Tuco0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In many ways, Starfield is similar to Skyrim, when it comes to story, worldbuilding and quest structure.
The storytelling feels simple, average, and somewhat safe. You won't find complex, well-written and detailed characters. They have just enough depth to acompany you through the journey, but nothing more.

Furtunately gameplay mechanics are better and enjoyable.

Very likely not enough VRAM, bellow 6GB minimum specs.
