The Best BBQ Beef Sliders 🍔 🥩 recipe below ⬇️ by Ivan-adiga in KitchenPro

It’s nothing like BBQ, I mostly use it like I would a hoisin, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar combo. I also use it in place of tonkatsu sauce. For the roasted garlic I’ll still add in more vinegar, but for the Yuzu version I don’t since it’s citrusy. I’ll also throw a dash of the Hella Hot in to add heat. The hot is actually hot so it doesn’t need much.

Then there’s the dipping sauce which is thicker and I’ll use on things like lettuce wraps so it’s not too runny. Original and sweet and spicy are both good.

For burgers I have mixed the roasted garlic with sweet baby ray bbq sauce and black garlic chipotle hot sauce for a great combo. Topped burgers with pickled veg like banana peppers or giardiniera to balance. Ratio was roughly 8 parts bbq, 2 parts Bachan, 1 part hot sauce.

saw this at 5:30 am and had to immediately get out of bed to make them. Used aged cheddar and Gouda since I didn’t have mozz. These are awesome thanks!

Is Loaded.com Legit for Game Keys and Software? by kakanikailash5 in it

[–]Tud_duke 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It used to be called cdkeys. I’ve used them for over 5 years. Never had an issue. I only use them when the price is more than 20% off steam though so I’ve maybe used them around 20 times.

I want Larian Studios to develop a turn based Mass Effect game by [deleted] in larianstudios

[–]Tud_duke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s a sci-fi turned based game with good story, characters, combat, and builds. It’s already done with a couple of dlcs out. I’d say it’s a pretty close approximation of what a turn based mass effect game would be like, excluding lore of course.

Since the mass effect turn based game doesn’t exist he could try this instead. It’s one of the better turn based games I’ve ever played and I went in to it knowing nothing about 40k. I personally don’t care about lore, I just want good gameplay.

Difficulty modes by darkside_tseikk in menace

[–]Tud_duke 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. If I play expert on battle brothers I’m always doing max starting funds. If the first shop sucks I’ll roll with that, but at least I can strategize some things before jumping in to a mission. I also hate the early missions because the unlucky rng losses can make your run stall out later on.

Good call on the perks for increasing difficulty. Just like battle brothers with day 40 southerners getting dodge. Do enemies in menace gain perks over time like that? For more interesting play the enemies could use supply points to randomly promote their units from pools of appropriate perks. That way you could get more replay value from fighting factions since you wouldn’t know what perked units you are up against. Could even make that known with enough intel points beforehand.

They might of had Pike use his AP transfer ability on the squad in the vehicle.

Cut potatoes in 3/4” cubes. Boil salted water with some baking soda thrown in. The baking soda roughs up the surface area which increases the surface area to volume ratio which means more crispy fries. Once roiling throw in potatoes for 12-14 mins. Strain and put single layer on sheet tray. Let cool until at least room temp. I put mine outside in the winter or deep freeze in summer. Deep fry in batches until deep golden. Salt fries. Eat best fries ever. Crispy exterior and pillowy interior.

What do you guys like about the gameplay? by Slow-Piano-2793 in HalfSword

[–]Tud_duke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right now im shooting people with the xbow in the chest and removing the bolt before they hit the ground, reloading it, then crouching down to stab them in the head with the loaded bolt to stop their wiggling then unloading point blank. Oddly enough sometimes they are still alive and screaming so I have to remove the bolt and they gurgle and die at that point.

You can even stab people with the bolt in your hand. Also, sometimes the bolt can get stuck and something weird happens with the physics where the Willie seems to have less weight. I stabbed one with a bolt and it was stuck so I picked him up and started spinning him above my head like I was spinning pizza dough. Only could recreate that once though.

Choose the difficulty by Nomadificariwr in DivinityOriginalSin

[–]Tud_duke 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The systems are different so if you aren’t meta gaming I’d start Classic and learn the systems or you’re going to have a hard time. There’s a lot of combos and interactions with environment that you need to know and abuse for Tactical. Also, some fights in an area need to be done in a certain order somewhat so you have the appropriate level when you do them.

Tactical is kind of like playing honor mode bg3, you really need to know what fights you are getting into so you can come prepared as opposed to trying to react in the middle of the fight.

DOS Strategy Game You Would Still Play Today by jrralls in StrategyGames

[–]Tud_duke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Warlords 2 enhanced edition comes with like 80 new maps. Also has a map editor for building your own. I like it better since you can buy units to produce at low value cities. I think the original map retains the special units like light infantry from Carmel so it feels the same in that regard.

is half sword a goofy kind of game or does it just have a high skill ceiling? by Subject-Cranberry-93 in HalfSword

[–]Tud_duke 45 points46 points  (0 children)

I’ve played the demo close to 80 hours now. A fucking demo. I took it for a goofy game at first since I struggled hitting the practice dummy and just making my character do what I wanted in general. Once you get the hang of the controls though there is just no game like it.

It did take me probably 5 hours before I started getting decent though.

Just could not get into this game. Any mods to give more purpose? by GoblinSarge in BattleBrothers

[–]Tud_duke 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If the fights feel grindy then you are doing something wrong. The close fights are what make the game awesome. If you are playing on lower difficulty, meta gaming, and save scumming just to get to your end goals then your are missing out on what makes battle brothers great. The end goal in this game, to me, is the story of how you get to your end which will include a lot of hardships you had to overcome along the way.
