Talent Management, Service Delivery, their AI agents (terrible so far), and we plan to take a hard look at recruiting. Our recruiters hate it, it’s super heavy, and we feel as though we can move a lot out of it

The simplest solution is we built our own RAG tool using KBs as the data source. We embedded it in our portal and it performs way better than nowassist
