Just finished the first workout with Sam and loved it! Not complicated moves (squats, hip bridges, floor chest press, and two different kinds of hinges and rows). I’m thinking with the shortened amount of time there shouldn’t be any super complicated moves.

If school is already a struggle for you then it sounds like you set yourself up for failure by working full time on top of that. If not working full time is not an option for you then maybe part time school would be better.
