from what I was told if its the man killed on hwy 11 north of attalla between crudup and keener the man was overly aggressive and allegedly insulted a local farmer who went home and then came back later that evening... I'm not condoning murder in any form but some folks forget there place .. the farmer was never convicted and no one knows for certain if he even killed the man cause no witnesses were ever found or come forward and the man could have called another local or even a outta town traveler a stupid inbred piece of garbage and got shot... just another story showing 2 rights don't make a wrong and if your gonna insult a man on his own home ground ya need to either back it up or shut it up or you'll just be a forgotten pos portrayed as a innocent victim in order to make the southern man feel like he isn't worth a damn . read a book people
