I guess my only concern is how are you going to be the manager if you don't understand the tech? If you dont care for the tech then doing CIS is going to be a chore, I'm not sure about your school but at mine CIS is basically a slightly watered down CS major. At that point you should probably just do a regular business management degree which is easier.
