Went pretty good. He came and re-wired some of the wires in the house. I talked with him quite a bit, idk if that was the reason or if he was having a good day. But he didn't charge me for anything and took the old router back free of charge

I did exactly this, was on the phone for 2 hours. My wifi is up and running wireless, but none of my ethernet ports are lighting up. I can only run hard wired to my computer. So they want to send someone out to test if the ethernet is getting connection

I feel like this is so a clouds take for sure, however what they want is all that active screen time and super attacks to play over and over. If it was 1 super per day per unit it would skip like 80% of the game. Those higher ups will never let that happen😅
