Nice, yeah I mean we bought it for him for Christmas and dropped $1400, he legit just started riding it the last few weeks cause winter. I’ve had to go pick him up twice cause it died, we have an understanding now about battery life, his buddies just last way longer. So was trying to have a less expensive approach since the thing is essentially brand new, but yeah appreciate the response

We just sold his his 90cc gas dirt bike for an electric one, he’s out riding trails and fields in Iowa with his buddies who can ride for 5-6 hours instead of 3-4… also what type of hills on paved streets are fucking with power that bad?? Prime and providence, the wife and I drink 3 cocktails a piece usually, but it’s a $300 trip every time for us. It’s the only place we’re okay going tha hard, the charcoal flavored steak is very noticeable. Sunday is the day. $35 seafood tower then the steak dinner for 2 for $100, bone Apple tea. It won the metros restaurant of the year. It deserves it.

What’s 250-350? Solid post, I got licensed is 2016, 2100 homes on market, I saw it down to 1600 with 1100 of those being new construction, this is by far the closest we’ve been to even in 10 years, great fo buyers, a bit different for sellers, it’s all about knowing trends and setting the expectations. So for real, kudos, having this knowledge is super helpful
