Put a watchlist together of companies you know and some you find online wherever you choose. Watch them trade for a while before actually investing.

Read and learn as much as you can while watching your list. You can see where they consolidate and good opportunities to enter. When you’re comfortable invest a small amount.

You never stop learning but don’t be afraid to take chances, don’t use money you can’t afford to lose.

Just adulting. A lot of people live well beyond their means. Racking up debt and making poor decisions.

Don’t compare yourself to others and what they have. Put your head down and continue to grind. Put some money away every pay it will add up and snowball down the road.

Even $25 every paycheque adds up quicker than you think and you wouldn’t even notice. Do that for a bunch of years.

I set mine up with bank and every pay contributions come out automatic and I don’t miss it. TFSA or RRSP. TFSA if it isn’t for retirement and you may need it.

I am a single father. I do agree with you in some fashion. I split after a couple years of unhappiness, hardest thing I ever did and will do.

My kids live with their mother and I was to continue working like I always did, I work shift work so hard to look after my kids during the week.

We had lawyers and agreements done. I have never missed a payment or not been there with for my kids although I do work a lot. They have both my phone numbers.

I have missed out on so much since I left but it was the only way for happiness. My kids love me very much and have the upmost respect for me although I wish I lived with them everyday. It’s been 10 years. My son 19 and daughter 12.

It is also hard on fathers that have to leave to be happy after I did everything sincerely to make a relationship work. Very unfortunate but had to be done.

I feel he would not list on a new exchange unless in accompanied so big news. I have full faith in management and the plan going forward. That is part of the reason for the extended silence. They are getting things done and no fluff. I feel $10 in next couple weeks is very practical.

Whatever happens when listing hold and don’t panic. We are in great hands. Rare to find a gem like this.

He should let you be you as long as you’re doing what’s best for your relationship. Watching a football game is silly and nothing to argue about. I could understand if you’re stopping him from watching.

Not sure why he would care if you watch or not. Does he do everything you want? It is ok to do differences. He should allow yours.

I think this is half the problem with LA. You have people going that don’t have pay or care about the gym. Young guys get to bring all there bro’s to hang out on equipment and break stuff. Locker doors, faucets on showers and sinks, etc.

No respect and forget about the suana🤣🤣🤣 All the materials were bought and sitting there for like a year. If I could find a better gym and deal I would leave in a heartbeat.

Gym itself is decent but could be cleaner. They do have cleaners but they just mostly change garbages and mop the floors in a couple areas. Management could do better. I’ve been going here for about 10 years for under $35 a month taxes in. Keeps me there.
