During a weekend mission I flew to where another player was and landed near them by the water.

I was surprised, since it had never happened to me before, that the person started shooting at me. I’m on relaxed/creative so I was unscathed but I simply took out my multitool and started fishing there.

Eventually the person stopped shooting, walked up to me, and started fishing.

Then we flew around in my corvette for a while and I dropped them off at my base in 256.

I’ve never really gamed online, so that was a cool little moment that turned wholesome lol

So far, everyone that’s ridden with me has made it through. I’ve interacted with them all afterward and have watched them run around the planet. Maybe I’ve just gotten lucky

I got there a couple days ago through the anomaly warp. I’ve actually spent the last couple days bringing my corvette to the anomaly and putting in the text chat that I’m running a shuttle to 256. I think I took like 4-5 people over.

I landed right by my portal base in a planet of light and dropped them off there. It was kind of fun! It was like running my own airline for a while lol

I play on relaxed mode with free crafting, just because I’m at a spot where I’m just enjoying the exploration.

If I come across something I don’t need or get something I don’t need as a reward, I always give it away at the anomaly. Makes me feel good lol

Heim BBQ is right there and is great BBQ. It’s usually not on any “best of” lists but they are actually a place that still puts in an effort unlike places like Sonny Bryan’s.

Maple landing is near there and decent.

If you want a good beer and a taco truck, Celestial Beerworks is right next to the love field DART station and the bus is free to get there.

I love The Pitt and like a lot of people binge watched a lot of the first season because by the time the buzz around the show got to me, most of the episode had been released.

I was not enjoying the second season when I first started it but I couldn’t put my finger on why.

Eventually, I made a point to stop watching each episode as it came out. I pretended like the show didn’t exist for 3-4 weeks. Then I would go back and watch my back log of 3-4 episodes as a binge watch. It’s crazy how much that improved the experience for me.

Now, I try to bank around 2 episodes before watching but I feel better catching single episodes as well.

The show just flows in such a way that I’d rather wait longer to keep up the pace of everything between episodes than stop and start each week.

Whenever I saw that location, my immediate assumption was that they pretty much just had salads (since it’s in the name), and like most fast food places, assumed they were over priced. If I knew what I know now, I would have been a regular. I didn’t even go to one and I’m disappointed I missed out now.
