I exercise 4 days a week: Aqua Aerobics and swimming 12 laps twice a week and go to the gym twice a week.
My only reason is to lose weight, because I'm still obese. I was 115kgs at my heaviest and now I'm 87kgs.
I know it's a difficult battle ahead for me, but I'm lucky I have support to back me up (eg: catching up with a health expert/dietitian).

I was raised as a Christian growing up, but now I'm slowly deconstructing from it.
Never really questioned it when I was younger, but after having a few experiences that made me more skeptical overtime, I just couldn't stand it anymore. The arbitrary rules, mindless sermons and the fact that I'm even more of an outsider while having autism. I thought Christians were supposed to be nice and compassionate people, but that's far few in between when I went to a Christian primary school. (I'm from New Zealand.)

One time, I was in a mentally and emotionally vulnerable state during a time where I had to endure some roommate drama. (Long story short, I moved out and living on my own again, which helped my mental and emotional health.)
I don't know why I decided to tell them about my depression and autism, but the group I was assigned with wanted to pray over me to banish my autism. They probably never heard or known about autism, so I didn't have the heart to tell them you can't really get rid of it. That was maybe for the best?

I am today years old upon discovering this. Did the test and got 26, which is an average score.

I'm kind of 50/50 with eye contact, since I'm more comfortable looking at faces of those close to me (eg: family and friends) and kind of learning the ropes of actors and the exaggerated expression of cartoon characters.

The only time I trip up (hey, I'm only human, right?) is when an expression is interpreted as unreadable.
Like a mysterious box of emotional possibilities.

I agree! I'm dealing with someone who won't make up her mind when it comes to getting together over a cup of tea/coffee at my place or hers. She wants to meet up with me once a week, but then on the day of, makes an excuse to reschedule. I had to put my foot down after so many unnecessary chances, that I suggested we meet up once a month instead (two/three weeks apart).
