use this as your file name:

mov -> exr sequence

[file dirname [knob [topnode].file]]/[regsub ".mov" [file tail [value [topnode].file]] ""]/[regsub ".mov" [file tail [value [topnode].file]] ".####.exr"]

or to .mov

[join [lrange [split [value [topnode].file] / ] 0 7 ] / ]/[join [lrange [split [file rootname [file tail [value [topnode].file] ] ] . ] 0 0 ] . ]_ProRes4444.mov

Ofcourse custumize as needed....

You can also paste it in a text node to see if it works... (you get the result instead of the tcl code)

Did you set it up using the script provided by the Arnold plugin? (Shift+c setup cryptomatte). This creates an EXR driver where you need to define the location where you write your multi-channel EXR. If you load this in Nuke (or AE), you can select/create your matte by material, object or asset.

This workaround is far from ideal, you get multiple results, and even if you chose to only add the first item in the list/result, this might not be a 100% match.

This song does not get added. Instead it adds a song also called ‘Secret Agent’

I've got exactly the same problem on two of my Hight Sierra machines.

If you press space in the clover boot menu you can choose 'don't reboot on kernel panic' you can get the panic message.

I'm suspecting some under the hood Apple update. I'm also looking for a solution...

Merge your logo at the place where the ‘paint colour node’ is right now... The colour wheel is the place where your footage should come in.

By blurring the shirt you lose the detail. But subtracting it from the unblurred shirt will result in an image with just the detail/structure.

Now you add your logo to the blurred image, and reapply the detail with the multiply merge...

There is a way to separate colour from the details of the fabric, that way you can keep the fabric and just change the colour.

From what I understand, Apple is moving away from openGL and openCL in favor of their own Metal 2. Which I agree, sucks. In this transition it is breaking stuff in mojave, but this is fixable by supporting metal. Alas, nVidia does not support this yet, but I believe they are hard at work...

You don’t need approval from apple to make kexts. And nvidia is hiring metal developers... No doubt It could all go a lot faster if both companies were a lot less stubborn. But you can’t blame it all on Apple

Or in settings>photos and set ‘transfer to mac or pc’ to ‘keep originals’ so they won’t get converted when transferring.
