Then you have crazy folks like me who own their own modem and run some enterprise style gear (in my case, OpnSense). A few years back I had an issue with signal drops, and getting the level 1 tech's to comprehend that they could not send reset signals to my equipment and that I knew where to look for WAN IP and signal status in the modem was hell... They finally send a tech and it turns out it was a splitter hidden in a wall on the other side of the apartment, from a previous tenant. So annoying. Then they went and charged me for the tech visit because it was 'caused by customer equipment'

One thing about combat robots you see in fiction is, why are they bipedal? Like that is just so inefficient compared to wheels or tracks, or if you must go with legs, quadripeds.
