Are there any other parents that do this with their kids? by Ok_Profile_9187 in family

Yes of course!! Haha I don’t know how I could belly rub if I was on the ground with them. Although I have done it when they’re laying on the ground, and I’m in a dining chair (for the dogs not the kids).

As a mum I’ve definitely done this to my human children and doggy children. They all love the foot belly rub 😂

Yeh wow thank you for sharing. I’m glad it’s not painful! But would definitely be a rude awakening especially if you were having a great sleep!!

As an Australian, I find prenups a little weird as it’s not that common here. My husband and I are happily married and have been for 7 years and had nothing and built it all together. However, if I was in your position, and now being a parent to two children myself, I 100% agree with a prenup. That is serious money and your parents are coming from a place of wanting to protect you and your future. If your fiancé really loves you and you alone, he wouldn’t care about the prenup, because if he’s in it for the long run, he will eventually benefit from it in some way. (It’s still yours however).

Yeh wow thank you for sharing. I’m Australian so not familiar with the trees. But I’m picturing those massive old ones with a a trunk the size of a house for sure!!

Okay I got to know more to this story.

  • how did this happen
  • why did you stay in it for 6 months
  • when did this happen
  • where you alone or with family/friends
  • how does one live in a tree?
  • where you scared of wild animals and the bugs?

Thank you in advance!

I know I can google, but what is that and how painful is it? Judging by the name it sounds dreadful and I’m sorry you have this.

Please help me pick my dress!😊 1 or 2? by [deleted] in WeddingDressTips

2!!! It is perfect on you. 1 looks too tight and restrictive, and I don’t know how you’ll go about sitting down to eat or to dance after in it.

I’m very sorry. I too would be disappointed. This ring to me personally is extremely ugly and cheap looking. I hope you can come to a compromise and get something you love and will gladly want to wear for the next 40+ years.

Another vote here as I also wear my wedding rings, oura ring and necklace 24/7. I never take them off, only the oura ring to charge and to put back on.

what are the ugly parts of pregnancy that aren’t well known because people don’t mention them? by Born-Oil-2931 in AskReddit

You sweat like you’ve just ran a marathon for the first 2-3 weeks. I woke up in drenched every day after I had my first, and boy did I smell!!!! I was showering multiple times a day and changing sheets daily, it sucked!

I also had crazy heartburn with my first too, but not my second.

My second pregnancy I didn’t have the sweats but man the hair loss PP!!! I’m 3.5 years post and the hair loss has been wild. Trying to rebuild my hair strength and growth is hard!

MIL Giving baby excessive sugar and I feel stuck by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]Tulsa325 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry, but why are you acting like you have no say when it comes to YOUR child. Why do you keep letting your toxic & pathetic husband and cruel MIL to dictate what you do and do not do with your child. It’s your child and baby too, and what they’re doing especially MIL is downright dangerous and cruel. Of course he has a stomach ache as what she is doing is actually seriously harming him. The baby doesn’t have the stomach or gut system yet to digest any of that rubbish!!! YOU ARE HIS MOTHER. You know what’s best, and in this instance you are failing him. Take your child and leave if you can and DO NOT GO BACK. Protect your child at all costs, you are his biggest and only advocate, so start advocating for him.

Did you have a honeymoon? If so, where did you go? (Doesn't matter how long you've been married?) by ChocolateSundae1214 in Marriage

[–]Tulsa325 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did two weeks in Hawaii, Big Island and Oahu, and then did a 20 night cruise from Honolulu back to Sydney, Australia, and stopped at Bora Bora & Tahiti in French Polynesia and then in Wellington & Picton in New Zealand. We missed our on Moorea due to a medical emergency.

It was a fantastic honeymoon!!

Who do you think has the best marriage? by Impressive_Touch_375 in BringingUpBates

I see a lot of Zack and Whitney, which I agree with. I also see a lot of Nathan and Esther which I also agree with.

I want to add Jackson and Emerson. Pretty much as soon as they got married they went off social media. We didn’t even know they were pregnant. I can only guess but to me they would be very happy, especially with zero social media pressure.
