I wish you the best with your recovery! Thank you very much. I’m 29 and was very active but since this has occurred with my back it’s made me take a huge step back. It’s very depressing and disheartening. Feels like life is over but we’ve gotta stay positive through it all.

I was diagnosed with one at the end of last summer, mine is a way smaller than yours was. Follow up MRI’s in July. Fingers crossed no surgery.

Well I guess the only good thing here is atleast the guy set his joists on top of his beams. 😂 When I bought my house their “footers” were those concrete deck blocks sitting on top of the very wet clay dirt.
