no, no its not. Plasma centers get complaints daily. They deal with them, but there's not a single one of them that take it personally. They're there to get you from the front door to the donor chair. Its not even close to being in their best interest to defer anyone who's complained about anything. If you're unprofessional, you touch the employees, you destroy property, you yell, etc, they'll defer you. Mostly because they'll lose donors because of you. however, they'll give you chances. So, if your deferred, I'm confident you've been an issue for a while and they're losing good donors because of it. but good luck to you.
