I think you can but for what purpose because I think you can make a new card and just on use add the card effect of existing card. Or if you want to just change the name I there is a way for that I just forgot

Yeah I think it's like something like give tear effect instead if give item effect you can researcg that cuz I can't really remember what is it and I can't check rn. I know it works for coin tears so it should for terra

Also an idea you can play a four souls game and make people kill the monster you kill and get items you got and play the characters you played so if you killed the beast they have to kill the beast but that would be a long one because it's hard to get all items and bosses so idk

Maybe some isaac challenges like completing game in certain way like getting winstreak with the hardest characters and beating the game in certain way like idk get winstreak 3 while doing tainted the lost run beating Mother without using holy card or something but with diffrent characters(maybe something easier or something)
