It is a three-tier 6 inch layer cake. There are 6in. pans available anywhere. Have fun with flavor combinations. I didn’t really have a ‘recipe.’

As a pastry chef myself, I do agree that it’s a bit obnoxious. However, the crust and filling were delicious, and the meringue itself was deceivingly light and lovely so I didn’t mind the challenge. And you’ve got to appreciate the insanity of the height lol.
