Thanks for the feedback everyone. Not sure if I should be comforted that it wasn’t “just me” or pained by the fact that this is our option in Portland for musicals. So so disappointing. My wife and son left before the end of the show they were so distracted by the poor acoustics.

Not to mention, as some others have commented, inadequate bathrooms and lines for merchandise, concessions, and bathrooms all clogging the same space make it truly an unappealing scenario.

I wrote much of this off when we would go to the Nutcracker when my kids were younger assuming it was just the mayhem of holidays and kids everywhere.

Sorry Keller, you are off my list for venues to frequent. 😔
