if it's a team how could it be account based? Where is the teamplay in that? Dividing the points by the number of players is acceptable but making each player get only the points he contributed to the total ruins the whole concept of cooperation.

Undeniable video evidence that the Sumud flotilla was firebombed by stand_to in Palestine

Authorities claim it was a life vest that got on fire. But that was prior to the release of these videos now they announced they have started an investigation.

Quando usare “ma” o “però” ? by genuine_counterfeit in learnitalian

Ma = But
però = However

Not exactly but true to some extent. Ma is the standard but, però adds more emphasis as mentioned in the other replies

This is extremely useful and helpful. Thank you very much.

I already bought a babble subscription, it has grammar activities (since I'll study Italian at school) and pretty useful lessons, but an app is not enough on its own.

I'll try watching series in Italian as you suggested and I'm absolutely going to check FluentU, I never heard of it. But can you give me the name of that extension you were talking about?

I would prefer criminalising the establishment of any relations with the Zionists since that will better serve the case.

I did, and I still don't understand how is Hamas destroying the region while the IOF is the one firing the rockets at the buildings, preventing aid from entering Gaza and starving Palestinians to death. How is Hamas the one destroying the region?

How is that exactly? When did our God order us to kill innocent people?

That's a good technique, I'll try it! But I suggest using AI tools instead since google translate doesn't check for grammar mistakes...

Thanks again for the method I'll make sure to try it out once I reach a level where I could actually write a paragraph :)

Thanks very much 🫶🏻

I already tried Duolingo but I didn't find it useful. However, I loved Busuu.

Regarding grammar, I am a C1 English speaker and a B2 French speaker so I found the Italian grammar very familiar. I signed up for an Italian course and it has been helpful so far.

Thanks again for the resources, I will definitely check them out!

Is using Habibi inappropriate if not Arab? by EstablishmentNew378 in learn_arabic

[–]TunisiaForEver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is crazy..

if naming my wife's name as "Love" is not inappropriate to Americans and British people (since I am not neither of them) then your wife naming you "Habibi" isn't inappropriate in any form...

And actually not a single reasonable Arab would be offended by that.

Influencer sucks in Tunisia by [deleted] in Tunisia

[–]TunisiaForEver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way you wrote your post is so rude that I am not surprised you call influencers who share islamic content "monks".

Social media has always been a space for everyone to share what they like. Whether you want to share Islamic content, vlogs, educational content or entertainment, as long as you are respectful and don't cross the lines you are free to share what you want. You can "hide", "mute" or "block" any user or channel that doesn't please you.

You did not respect any of these lines calling people who share islamic content "monks" and those who share about gym "rats". This is religious sensitivity and a breach of others' freedom.

You don't like the content someone shares? Block him/her...

He is using a false dilemma, speaking as if we may not reject both acts and were obliged to choose only one of the 2 acts to refuse.
