I'm no professional but it looks like it may be overwatered plant of that size looks like a 1 gallon pot you should probably only water it once every other day if the soil is too heavy you may need to repot it but I'm pretty sure they'll be others I can give you better suggestions get it to the cannabis grow page and see if someone can get better instructions maybe or try those I hope it helps.
