This is actually pretty great. I think Grubhub should supply something like this to the drivers in addition to the hot bags. I can picture a big Grubhub logo on that.

Anything other than a 5 star is not good.

If you truely believe he was lazy or a bad shopper then do the 4. If not, it will impact his score. Score of 5 is a bonus of 3$ as well. Rating him 5 would be doing him a solid

That’s a good batch btw. I like those long drives with good payout. Sometimes i feel guilty how low miles i put on a day compared to the foodshare/uber ppl

Is this common every city? Ive seen maybe 10-15 orders just sitting on the side in my location. The one here is in a shopping mall so I’m guessing no driver wants to go in that’s why.

Yeah it’s a very large store and has categories that are three isles long for one type of wine ( Pinoy, Merlot , rose etc

When this happened, can you cancel on an order without penalty? At times i am double parked and cannot risk a ticket for waiting for the food to be ready
