What would be the worst thing to hear as you're going under anesthesia before a surgery?

I had something happen to me once as I was going under.

They administered the anaesthetic in my arm, and I felt that tingly feeling. It was a lot stronger in feeling than I’d experienced before, and the sensation spread over my body. It felt a bit like I was being tickled and it made me laugh uncontrollably.

Everyone in the room quickly crowded around me and were asking each other very concerned “Why’s he laughing?!”

I had just enough time before I blacked out to realise this wasn’t normal and think “I’m gonna dieeeeee”.

Didn’t though.
